"Best Ever!": This 5-Star USF Credit Union Review Made Our Day

Our members tell our stories the best!

And every once in a while, a review comes along that makes our day.

Shariq D. recently stopped by USF Credit Union’s New Tampa branch to open an account. And, as he put it, he came with “about 100 questions.”

Lucky for him, Noelia was ready for every one of them.

“She was so sweet and personable,” Shariq shared in his five-star review. “And answered all of my 100 questions, lol.”

That’s the kind of experience we love to hear about.

It’s About More Than Opening an Account

Opening a new account is a pretty straightforward process. But for the person sitting across the desk, it can come with a lot of questions.

What account is right for me? What are my options? What does this mean? What about that?

Shariq had plenty of questions, and Noelia took the time to answer them. No rushing. No making him feel like he was asking too much. Just a conversation and the kind of personal attention you hope for when you're making an important financial decision.

By the end of his visit, Shariq wasn't just happy with his new account. He was excited enough to tell other people about the experience.

“I completely recommend you all visit this branch and let her take care of you!”

That’s Better Banking for All

In a world where so much of banking can happen through an app, a website or an automated message, there’s still something powerful about sitting down with a real person who listens.

At USF Credit Union, we believe banking should feel personal. Whether you have one question or 100, you should feel comfortable asking it - and confident in the answers you get.

For Shariq, that meant Noelia taking the time to make sure he had the answers he needed.

And he summed up the experience pretty well:

“I’m glad to have the best banker ever!”

We’ll take that.
